Grith was a treacherous mole, the brother of Gloss and a supporter of the Taloness and the Silver Prince, who later had him slain.

HistoryEdit

Urchin and the Raven WarEdit

Grith, wanting revenge for his brother's death, betrayed the isle of Mistmantle and went to the side of the Taloness. He took the King's Token from Swish and killed her. He tricked Urchin with Swish's token so that Urchin, Brindle and Catkin would follow him.

Grith killed Brindle and led the others to the ravens, who tied the Princess to the docks and kept Urchin hostage. Grith then told Urchin about his brother Gloss and his reasons for taking Urchin and Catkin to the Taloness.

Before this episode, he had offered Gleaner help in protecting Aspen's grave, but she never saw him again after that.

Grith tried to take the side of the Silver Prince, but the Silver Prince had his guards kill him. Like his brother, he wanted to slay Crispin's wife, Cedar .
